Paris: Day 2

Yes, I visited the infamous City Pharma on Rue Four! It was an exciting yet stressful experience, it is not as big as I thought it would be but it was absolutely packed! However it is the cheapest and best pharmacy to go to in all of Paris, so if you can get down to business and be willing to knock a few determined French ladies out the way to get those lot de 2 Bioderma’s then definitely check it out!

As you can see, I got a rather large bag of stuff..

OOTD:
Jacket: Zara

Riding Pants: American Apparel
Boots: Topshop
Hat: Primark (mens)
Bag: Mulberry
We stayed in the Saint-Germain area and hit up Ladur ée. I highly recommend coming to this one instead of the famous one on the Champs Elysée, far quieter but it has a lovely vibe!

I got the Thé a Rose, which was delicious, and 4 macarons. Rose, Salted Caramel, Chocolate and Pistachio.

Next to the tea room there was a beautiful gift shop, I resisted the very tempting candles though..

The Saint-Germain area really is beautiful, I loved just wandering around.
And this is the City Pharma damage! I stocked up on Bioderma of course, and Effaclar Duo. I picked up the Emryolisse Lait-Creme concentrate in a large and travel size, the Lierac Dioptecerne Eye Cream, a mini Caudalie Beauty Elixir (I have the full size, just needed one for travelling y’know?), La Roche Posay SeroZinc (fabulous product), Klorane Dry Shampoo with Oat Milk and finally two Nuxe tinted lip balms.
Later on, we went on a little boat trip along the Seine. It was absolutely freezing, but a great way to see a lot of the sights including this beauty up here.
After the boat trip I was chittering, and needed something to warm me up.. Cue the french onion soup!

We decided to go to a restaurant around the corner form our hotel, quite traditional French food. I am in love with this lip product – one of the L’oreal Lip Stain things (YSL Glossy Stain dupes) in Juliet.

Dinner was amazing – I had Steak au poivre with some chips and it was delicious! The French really know how to cook steak..
..and a cheeky dessert. This really was an indulgent trip.

Once we came out of the restaurant it was dark and I got to see the Eiffel Tower at night for the first time ever!

A pretty great, but tiring day. And I will never get sick of looking at the Eiffel Tower..
