After a family dinner in Glasgow on Friday night, myself and my boyfriend spontaneously decided to spend the entire long-weekend back at my parents house in the country-side. It really was the best decision – the weather was beautiful and I ate so much food it was like a 2nd Christmas.
After marathon cake-baking, huge BBQ and some cocktails in Gourock on Saturday night, we were greeted on Easter Sunday to these..
My mother really outdid herself with the table this year! Everything was so pretty – especially the cupcakes (courtesy of Max and myself).
Then it was time for a few cocktails and some wine in the sunshine..
..and Yoga. My brother teaching Max how to do a headstand.
It took some effort..
Scott also proceeded to say hello to our neighbours..
The main event! This was like the Christmas dinner I never had.
..And it all got a bit too much for someone.
The next day we headed to the seaside to make the most of the beautiful weather..
All round, a very good weekend.
