La Roche Posay Melt-in cream SPF 50+
Living in a very warm climate for the summer  requires a lot of SPF, naturally. However, finding a good sun cream that isn’t sticky and lasts for more than 20 minutes can be difficult. Enter La Roche Posay..
I’ve been a fan of the LRP sun protection line for a few years now – first picking up a bottle of SPF 30 in Spain a few years ago on a whim and now it is my go-to. Although the full range isn’t available in the UK, if you are in Europe most pharmacies stock the sun protection line.
So why do I like it?  It’s main selling point for me is the longevity. It says on the bottle that it is “super water resistant” like most sun creams, but the difference here is that it actually works. Whenever I go for a swim or feel particularly sweaty that day (TMI oops) I can still see and feel the SPF on my skin. I can honestly say that when I wear this stuff, I don’t burn.
As for the face cream, it is not too heavy on the skin and is light enough to wear under make-up. I find I only need to apply this once a day, even while sunbathing for a good few hours, which is amazing!
Finally, the price. This will depend on where you buy it, but as sun cream goes it isn’t too expensive. Personally, I would prefer to spend a little more on SPF as it is so important. Also, this one lasts so long on the skin that you don’t need to use as much. Perfect SPF? I think so.
